(C) POLOFF delivered ref A demarche on Iranian compliance
with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1737 February
26 to Ismat Fayzzulaev, Chief of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs U.S. Division. POLOFF followed up with Fayzzulaev on
March 3 and delivered ref B information on U.S. compliance
with UNSCR 1737. Fayzzulaev said that he would convey the
information provided to appropriate government officials. As
of March 12, there has been no substantive response.
