(U) On September 19, Polecoffs delivered reftel points
to Tiina Krevald, Acting MFA Director for International
Cooperation and Organizations, and sought Estonia's
support for re-election of the U.S. candidate, Ms.
Felice Gaer, to the UN Committee Against Torture. On
October 2, Krevald informed us that Estonia will support
Ms. Gaer's candidacy for re-election.
