(SBU) On July 24, we delivered reftel points to Minna- 
Liina Lind, MFA Acting Director for International 
Cooperation and Organizations, and Veiko Kala, MFA UN 
Desk Officer.  Kala told us that the MFA will not be 
able to provide a complete list of the Estonian 
delegation to the United Nation's 62nd General Assembly 
(UNGA) by August

1. However, Kala said that Foreign
Minister Urmas Paet's participation is confirmed. She
also noted that the MFA is waiting for confirmation from
the President's Office on whether President Toomas
Hendrik Ilves will attend the 62nd UNGA. Kala promised
to send us this information as soon as they have it.
