March 13, 2007.
2. Mr. Martin Rakov, Executive Officer of the Aviation
and Maritime Department at MOE, told us that Estonia
supports the Open Skies Plus Agreement. Estonia's
Acting Charge d'Affaires at the Permanent
Representation of Estonia to the EU will participate in
the March meeting.
