clearance on suggested talking points regarding Muslim cleric
Mohammad Amir's refusal for entry into the United States in
February. The Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs,
Consular Affairs, Public Affairs, and the Department of
Homeland Security clear on the contingency press guidance
with one change. Please change the words "immigration
officials" in reftel to "Customs and Border Protection
officers".
