SUBJECT: COUNTRY CLEARANCE REQUEST FOR MCNERNEY AND
DELEGATION
1. (SBU) Department requests country clearance for PDAS
Patricia McNerney, Kurt Kessler, Anthony Ruggiero, and
Jennifer Fowler to meet with Canadian officials in Ottawa on
April 16. Agenda items and requests for meetings will be
conveyed to control officer via email. ISN/CPI Ruggiero has
worked directly with the Canadian EMBASSY in Washington.
Canadian MFA Director-General Rob McRae has agreed to host
PDAS McNerney's visit. Country clearance will be assumed
unless a negative reply is received.
