STATE 022265 ¶1. (U) This is an action request cable. See paragraph 4. ¶2. (SBU) INL approves post's requests to reprogram the project cited in ref A, and approves post's request in ref B to extend the terminal dates of those projects listed in paragraph 2 to September 30, 2007. INL directs, in conformity with the policy set out in ref D, that no/no funds be spent to directly benefit RTG's Anti-Money Laundering Office, nor on cash courier training, until formal clearance is given from Washington. ¶3.
