Following an Embassy review which identified no derogatory information, the Department reviewed its files and identified no derogatory information on the following the following Ukrainian State Border Guard Service (SBGS) officers who will travel to the United States from October 6 to 13, 2007 to visit a Department of Energy-funded workshop and to meet with USG officials from Federal Law Enforcement Training Center/Department of Homeland Security (FLETC/DHS), Department of State, Department of Energy, Customs and Border Protection Agency/DHS. This vetting is pursuant to the Leahy Act. ¶2.
