(U) As requested in reftel on planned high-level attendance at the 62nd UN General Assembly, please find below planned GOM attendance. ¶A. Head of State, President Branko Crvenkovski, will attend UNGA. -- Branko Crvenkovski, President -- Arrival September 22, 2007; departure September 27, 2007. President Crvenkovski will be present for the UNGA General Debate and is scheduled to address the Assembly. -- President Crvenkovski's wife will not/not travel to New York. -- Interpretation will be provided by the GOM. ¶B. The Head of Government, Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, will not/not attend UNGA. ¶C. Foreign Minister, Antonio Milososki, will not/not attend UNGA. ¶D. Other Macedonian VIPs.
