(S) Poleconof delivered reftel additional points, regarding
Mikrosam's export license application for the sale of a
MTCR-controlled filament winding machine to SAAE Shanghai
Composite Hi-Tech Development Co., to Ministry of Economy
State Counselor for Trade Krum Efremov. Efremov said he
would relay the points to the Minister of Economy. Efremov
also mentioned that a Mikrosam official had told him that the
company expects to export an additional filament winding
machine to an unidentified Chinese company. Efremov promised
to contact us if he receives an export license application or
more information regarding such a sale.
