(U) Poloff delivered reftel points on the proposed UN reforms
of the internal administration of justice to MFA State
Counselor for Multilateral Relations Svetlana Geleva on March
¶16. Geleva welcomed the information and said the GOM will
consider the U.S. position, but made it clear that, as an EU
candidate country, Macedonia likely would follow the joint EU
position on the matter. In the absence of a joint EU
position, the GOM would support the U.S. position.
MILOVANOVIC
