Post conducted a site visit to verify the bona fides of Prescient Systems and Technologies Pte. Ltd. ¶2. Prescient Systems is a limited private company that has been operating in Singapore since December 11, 2003. DHS/ICE databases revealed no negative information about Prescient Systems. ¶4. Econoff visited Prescient Systems on April 17 and met with Jonathan Ratnam, General Manager. Ratnam confirmed that the company had received the inertial measurement unit listed reftel and said it was being used for in-house development purposes. Specifically, he said that Prescient Systems was interested in restarting its air combat maneuvering instrumentation business. Prescient Systems appeared to employ adequate security measures, including closed-circuit cameras and electronic locks. ¶5. Prescient Systems is a subsidiary of ST Engineering, a publicly listed company in which Temasek, the Singapore Government's holding company, owns a majority interest. HERBOLD
