IMPLEMENTATION
MFA informed us on December 28, 2006 that Singapore's
Regulation of Imports and Exports Act (Chapter 272A) had been
amended in accordance with UNSC Resolution 1718. The
amendment came into force on January 1, 2007. A copy of the
