(S) Singapore's "dialogue and investigation" has not yet
revealed any connection between Ace Pressureweld and the
Pakistani company Sahara International, according to MFA's
International Organizations Assistant Director Yvonne Ow.
She thanked us for the additional information (ref A) and
said she hoped it would prove useful in Singapore's
continuing efforts to link Ace Pressureweld with alleged
proliferation activities.
