¶1. (S) Per reftel, MFA provided us November 2 with the
following information via e-mail regarding the release of the
seized sodium perchlorate to the Chinese shipper.
Released to: Genesis Forwarding Services (Far East) Pte Ltd
Vessel name: Nordwoge
Carrier: Wan Hai Lines International Pte Ltd
ETD in Dalian, China: November 8, 2007
¶2. (SBU) Through open sources, we determined the Nordwoge
left Singapore at 1354 local time on November 1 bound for
Hong Kong. The ship is due to arrive in Hong Kong at 1100
local time on November 4 and depart for Dalian at 2300 the
same day.
¶3. (SBU) We have shared this information with relevant
agencies at post.
