DHS/ICE databases revealed no negative information about Newmark Aerospace. ¶4. Econoff visited the address listed reftel and spoke with Abdullah Ramin, Manager, on July 12. Ramin confirmed the reftel listed order and provided a copy of the purchase order. Newmark's main clients were commercial aircraft companies in Indonesia, according to Ramin. He professed to have an understanding of U.S. Munitions List regulations, including re-export restrictions, and told Econoff he had been dealing in aircraft parts for more than ten years.
