¶1. On April 2, Poloff delivered reftel non-paper to Hahm
Seong-wook, Deputy Director of Disarmament and
Nonproliferation Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and Trade (MOFAT). Hahm noted that discussions among the
relevant ROKG agencies about how UNSCR 1737 measures would be
implemented were still ongoing. Hahm undertook to share the
non-paper with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Energy
(MOCIE) and Ministry of Finance, and provide the ROKG
response at a later date.
