(C) On March 2, Poloff delivered reftel points on the U.S.
UAV/ Cruise missile proposal to Youn Jong Kwon, Deputy
Director of the Disarmament and Nonproliferation Division at
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Youn confirmed on
March 6 that the ROKG would support the adoption of the
revised U.S. MTCR proposal to modify controls on UAVs and
cruise missiles at the March TEM.
