of a ROK Haeseong-II UAV flight test Lee Hong-yup of the
North America Division III, ROK Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and Trade.
BEGIN TEXT:
In accordance with the ROK's New Missile Guidelines adopted
on January 17, 2001, the ROKG would like to provide the USG
with the planned date and location of the initial flight test
and the information of the UAV as follows:
(a) Name of the UAV: Haesong-II
(b) Planned flight-test date and place: Sep 13, 2007 at
Anheung Proving Ground
(c) Information of the UAV:
