1. (S) On August 6, poloff delivered reftel non-paper and
talking points to Ham, Sang-wook, Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and Trade (MOFAT),Deputy Director of the Disarmament and
Nonproliferation Division. Ham undertook to share the
non-paper and request for investigation with the ROK Ministry
of Finance and Economy (MOFE). In a follow-up meeting,
Econoff conveyed the non-paper to MOFE Foreign Exchange Team
Deputy Director Kim Kang-suk who also
undertook to follow up the USG request.
