(SBU) On July 18, Unification Ministry and Foreign Ministry
interlocutors told poloff that the ROKG would be represented
at the July 20 meeting at WFP headquarters by ROKG Embassy
personnel in Rome. Our Ministry of Unification (MOU) contact
said that the Unification Ministry had only received the
invitation to the WFP meeting on July 13 and would not be
able to send delegates to the July 20 discussion due to the
press of business.
