(SBU) On January 16, poloff delivered ref a points inquiring
whether the ROKG had appointed its representation for the
February 13-15 ARF Workshop to Ham Song-wook, Deputy Director
of MOFAT's Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Division. Ham
said that he expected to be the ROK's delegate and would be
willing to give the presentation tentatively assigned in the
provisional agenda. He undertook to inform us as soon as he
received final approval from his ministry.
