(U) On December 17 we spoke to Mirsa Muharemagic, Director of
the Human Rights Department in the Multilateral Division at
the MFA, to determine whether Bosnia will maintain its
November 28 vote against funding the Durban Review Conference
at the December 18 plenary session. Ms. Muharemagic
confirmed that Bosnia will vote as it did at the third
committee, i.e. against the resolution in plenary.
