The Dominican government grants permanent blanket approval
for short-notice weather observation flights to track and
forecast the path and intensity of tropical storms and
hurricanes, per reftel A. Notice of approval was sent via
diplomatic note 9628 from the Dominican Republic's Secretary
of Armed Forces, LTG Ramon Antonio Aquino Garcia.
