1. POLOFF delivered Reftel talking points on the "FATF
Statement and Guidance on Iran" to the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs (Under Secretary for Economic Affairs Juan Guliani
Cury). ECONOFF also delivered the demarche to the
Superintendency of Banks (Superintendent of Banks Rafael
Camilo). Both GODR interlocutors took our views on board but
had no immediate reply. We will report any subsequent
Dominican response.
