¶1. (U) President Fernandez informed the Charge that he will
be attending UNGA events in September (NFI). Post is seeking
the details requested in Reftel and will report them as soon
as they are available.
¶2. (SBU) Fernandez also told Charge that, while in New York,
he will be campaigning (and, we assume, fund-raising) for his
presidential campaign. The election takes place in May 2008.
