1. (SBU) Poloff contacted Chilean MFA Deputy Director for
International Security and Non-Proliferation Hernan Mena
April 9 to discuss the Natanz facility opening. Mena said
that he had not seen any reporting in MFA channels on the
Natanz opening, but would contact the Chilean representative
to the IAEA to see if the GOC or IAEA had issued a statement
on the proposed opening.
