1. Post delivered reftel demarche to El Salvador's Ministries of
Agriculture and Health. Both ministries informed post that they do
not plan to send any representative to the New Delhi Conference on
Avian and Pandemic Influenza. The Minister of Agriculture
previously declined an invitation to this conference from the Indian
Ministry of Agriculture due to scheduling conflicts.
