On May 31 poloff delivered reftel points to Mario Rivera,
Chief of Multilateral Affairs at the MFA. Poloff thanked
Rivera for GOES participation in the Proliferation Security
Initiative (PSI),and noted the successes of the initiative
on its Fourth Anniversary. Rivera responded that the GOES is
proud to have endorsed the PSI principles and will look for
ways to engage other neighbors and allies to endorse the
principles as well.
