¶1. On September 25 PolOff met with Montserrat Vargas
Solorzano, Director of Candidacies and the United Nations
Specialized Agencies, and acting Director of Foreign Policy
of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA),to deliver the USG
priority issues for the UNGA General Debate.
¶2. Ms. Vargas advised that the Costa Rican UN mission will be
apprised of our priorities.
