1. On September 25, PolOff met with Carlos Cordero Madrigal,
head of the Disarmament and Terrorism Section of the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and Viviana Tinoco, Chief of the
Human Rights Section of the MFA and delivered the reftel
talking points.
2. Both Officers assured PolOff that the request would be
given all due consideration by the GOCR.
