rights vetting process: at this time the Embassy verified
that Post possesses no credible information of gross human
rights violations by:
RAZEHI, Ebrahim Mohammed Qaid, First Lieutenant, Yemen Air
Force
DOB: 15 August 1980, Passport: 01910471
2. Additionally the following human rights vetting
information is provided:
A. Specific assistance: Razehi will be attending an English
language course at Lackland Air Force Base, TX (March 28 -
June 22). Razehi will then attend training with the
Minnesota Air National Guard in Little Falls, Minnesota (June
23 - October 30).
B. Certifying country team official: Pol/Econ Chief Joey
Hood.
C. Current threat assessment: High.
D. This message grants country team approval on human rights
vetting requirements for Razehi.
