1. The following statement is provided to verify the human
rights vetting process: at this time the Embassy verified
that Post possesses no credible information of gross human
rights violations by:
SABRAH, Faisal Mohammed Nasser, Colonel, Presidential Guard
DOB: 01 January 1964, Passport: 01061556
2. Additionally the following human rights vetting
information is provided:
A. Specific assistance: Sabrah will be attending an English
language course at Lackland AIR FORCE Base, TX (March 27 -
June 12). Sabrah will then attend the International Fellows
Program at the National Defense University, Washington, DC
(June 13, 2007 - June 12, 2008).
B. Certifying country team official: Pol/Econ Chief Joey
Hood.
C. Current threat assessment: High.
D. This message grants country team approval on human rights
vetting requirements for Sabrah.
