(C) Poloff delivered ref a points to Luigi Diodati of the MFA
OSCE office on May 22. Diodati stated that the MFA had
initially not been aware of the proposed trip because the
Italian PermRep at OSCE had determined that the trip would
not be beneficial and had declined to go. Diodati said the
Italian PermRep will not attend such a trip in the future
without close consultation with other OSCE Permreps.
