As a follow-up to reftel Poloff delivered reftel demarche and
talking points to Saudi MFA on November 12. Mr. Abdulrahman
Al-Rassi, First Secretary in the International Organizations
Department, agreed that the four resolutions on the human
rights situations in Iran, Belarus, the Democratic
People's Republic of Korea, and Burma are extremely
important. He also said that he will contact his colleagues
in New York to talk about supporting the resolutions.
