Rozeniece responded that the GOL wants a balanced approach to addressing such issues and that the proposed resolution is not "well balanced." She added that, as the GOL is not currently a member of the HRC, it can only influence developments concerning the resolution through the EU. Post will report any further GOL response. BAILEY
