1. (C) On November 21, poloff urged Moroccan support on the
UNGA Third Committee Resolution on the Human Rights situation
in Belarus, which faced a "no-action" vote in New York on the
morning of the same day.
2. (C) Farhane stated that the GOM would either vote against
the no-action motion or ensure that its delegate was absent
during the vote. He said he would call the Moroccan mission
to the UN as soon as his meeting with poloff ended to discuss
the situation and issue instructions.
