2. (SBU) PolOff met with Lourdes Puma Puma, MFA Director
General of Multilateral Affairs, on August 9 regarding the
GOE's participation in UNGA. Puma informed us on August 17
that both the President and Minister of Foreign Affairs would
attend. Personal data follow:
