(SBU) Civil Aviation Officer took the statement and information from
South African Airways pilot Ashraff Vardalia (DOB: June 27, 1977;
trip no. 15755657) who believes that his removal from the Master
Crew List (rendering him ineligible to fly to or enter the U.S.) by
the Transportation Security Administration has been done in error.
He has provided biographic information, contact information, career
history, and a signed statement authorizing TSA to conduct a
background investigation. He swore an oath that all the information
he provided was true. Post is submitting the complete package to
TSA Rome for consideration.
