Cooperation Agreement to Deputy FM Pojar on April 3. DCM
also proposed that the first round of negotiations take place
in Prague on May 10-11. Pojar expressed appreciation for the
draft text and promised to respond quickly on the question of
dates. Pojar also inquired about the status of the draft
agreement covering the missile defense site itself. DCM
explained that this remained under preparation in Washington,
but that we hoped to provide that text soon.
