(SBU) PolChief met December 3 with MFA Multilateral Affairs official Kathleen Seenarine presented ref (a) points, requesting the GOTT vote against, or at least abstain, on Resolutions 61/22, 61/23, and 61/116. PolChief especially emphasized the resolution mentioned in ref (b),urging, at a minimum, an abstention. ¶2. (SBU) Ms. Seenarine listened attentively to our points, remarking she was familiar with all the resolutions. She promised that our concerns would be given close attention. ¶3.
