(SBU) Post has forwarded the dipnote requested reftel, as
well as background information and CV of U.S candidate for
CERD Pierre-Richard Prosper. We will speak to new MFA
Multilateral Affairs Director Margaret Rousseau to present
demarche requested reftel. However, due to the recent
arrival of the new Foreign Minister and concomitant
reorganization in the MFA, Ms. Rousseau will not be able to
meet until November 27. Post will report results of this
demarche following that session.
