1) Per reftel, Emboff delivered demarche to Tom Kartoebi,
acting deputy head of the Americas Division of the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs of Suriname, together with a dip note
requesting the Ministry to forward a copy of the information
to the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, and
Fisheries. Kartoebi had no immediate reaction.
2) Since Suriname has no documented case of Foot and Mouth
Disease, post notes that any substantive interlocution from
Suriname's Ministry of Agriculture may be unlikely.
