1) Per reftel, post delivered demarche to Terence Craig, Head
of the Americas Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
of the Government of Suriname. Craig said he will forward
the information to officials of the Ministry of
Transportation, Communication, and Tourism (TCT) about
CIVAIR, and speak to them about setting up a meeting with
Post.
2) There have been numerous delays by TCT in response to an
ongoing Post effort to open dialogue on air traffic issues.
3) Post will report subsequent substantive reaction from the
Government of Suriname.
