the draft diplomatic note from reftel to Terence Craig, Head
of the Americas Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
of the Government of Suriname (GOS),on July 10. Craig had
no initial reaction, but requested background documentation.
Post passed on vetted background text from reftel on July 12.
2. Post will report any further reaction from the GOS.
