¶1. Per reftel, on June 21 post delivered points to Acting
Head of the Americas Division Euredice Hofwijks of the
government of Suriname Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).
Hofwijks provided no official initial reaction. Hofwijks did
express sympathy with the ideas presented and said she would
deliver the message further within the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs.
¶2. Post will report any further comments from the Government
of Suriname.
