(SBU) We delivered reftel demarche to Department of Foreign
Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) Human Security Policy
Advisor Jeff Senior on March 9, and followed up with the
Assistant Deputy Minister Drew Fagan on March 10. Senior
told us on March 14 that Canada was finalizing a "positive
response" that would support the proposal to house the PDG at
the OECD. Senior said that Canadian officials would soon
convey their detailed response directly to U.S. officials at
the OECD.
