(U) On November 9 econoff delivered points in reftel to
Francis Villeneuve, Senior Trade Policy Officer -
Intellectual Property, Department of Foreign Affairs and
International Trade. Villeneuve said that he had not
previously been aware of the seminar. He plans to pass
information about the Singapore meeting to the relevant
health, customs, and law enforcement officials. Once the
relevant agencies and departments have determined whether
they will participate, Villeneuve said that he would pass
that information to econoff.
