(C) Georges Flanagan Whalen, International Crimes and
Terrorism Division Policy Officer at the Department of
Foreign Affairs and International Trade, accepted delivery of
the reftel nonpaper on July 3 and said he anticipates Canada
would be happy to share identifier and background information
on the entities and individuals listed in the nonpaper with
the United States. However, because Canada's listings mirror
the U.N. listings, it is unlikely that Canada will have any
additional information on this listed entities and
individuals, said Whalen.
