(U) On September 11, we met with Acting MFA Peace and
Reconciliation Section Deputy Director General Tomas
Stangeland and delivered reftel points. On September 21, he
informed us that the Peace and Reconciliation Section would
not attend the summit. He will share the invitation with
other MFA sections, including the MFA section for Global
Security. Post will inform on any additional MFA response.
